ISOFP is a non-profit professional association governed by the ISOFP Governing Council. The Governing Council oversees strategy and policy decisions pertaining to: - The Professional Code of Ethics.
- Professional development programs, including curriculum, certification and examination requirements.
- Association’s annual budgets.
- Audit reports
- Representing the association in matters required by various government and regulatory authorities.
The current chair of the ISOFP Governing Council is Mr. Frank Peter Ludecke Taeger.
The Management Committee is the staff officers responsible for the association’s business and operational activities, including:
- Appointment and management of Authorized Training Institutions and their respective local chapters.
- Administration of all accreditation matters, including accreditation of courses, training programs and trainers.
- Marketing and event sponsorships.
- Membership benefits and customer service.
- Membership database.
The ISOFP Global Advisory Council is comprised of a select group of industry experts, university faculty, thought leaders and specialist practitioners in their respective fields, teamed together as a unified body with a collective agenda to ensure international best practices are incorporated into ISOFP’s professional certification programs. The Global Advisory Council members are appointed by invitation only. The Global Advisory Council further provides leadership and advice to the ISOFP Governing Council on membership matters. ISOFP Global Advisory Council members enjoy the benefits of full ISOFP membership. In addition, they are invited to annual gatherings and events organized or sponsored by ISOFP.
