FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

From New York to Asia — over a decade of professional excellence

The International Society of Financial Professionals (ISOFP) was founded in New York in 2010 as a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing a world-class certification platform for financial professionals worldwide. Over a decade later, ISOFP expanded into Asia by establishing ISOFP Ltd. as a Company Limited By Guarantee in Singapore in 2020 — marking its formal entry into Asia’s rapidly growing financial markets.

Today, ISOFP is trusted by leading private banks, insurance groups, and financial institutions across China, Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong. Our programs are developed and delivered by industry practitioners, benchmarked to international standards, and adopted by institutions including UBS, Bank Julius Baer, LGT, Bank of Singapore, DBS Private Bank, and UOB Private Bank.

Beyond certification, ISOFP is committed to building a thriving community of financial professionals — offering members access to sharing sessions, educational forums, conferences, mastery programs, and collaborative partnerships with leading professional organisations across the region.
