REAL STORIES
What CCRA holders say
The financial statement analysis module was a game changer for me. I had always relied on gut feel when evaluating SME borrowers — the CSLA gave me a rigorous, systematic approach that has significantly improved my loan decisions.
The ethics and regulatory module gave me confidence that I am operating within the correct legal framework at all times. In microfinance, getting compliance right is everything — and the CSLA covers this with real depth and practical relevance.
As a branch manager, the institution management module was exactly what I needed. The HR, governance, and marketing content gave me practical tools I now use every week to lead my team and grow our SME lending portfolio.
The internet finance module was unexpectedly valuable. Understanding how digital lending platforms and big data credit models work has made me a far more versatile credit professional in today's rapidly evolving market.
The CSLA gave me a complete framework for SME lending I could apply from day one. The pre-loan investigation module transformed how I conduct client visits and assess credit risk on the ground.
